Bouquet: Good intensity and complexity, vinous and with fresh red fruit fragrance as cherry, black cherry, strawberry and some reminiscence of black pepper
Taste: Dry with pleasant acidity and soft tannins, balanced and intense
Serving temperature: 14-16°C
Pairing: Cold cuts, white and red grilled meats. Pasta with tomato sauce. Can be paired also with very tasty red fish soup
