Drying: Natural under the sun in small cassets for 3 weeks
Maceration and fermentation: With the skin for 10 days, at controller temperature of 20C°
Ageing: Stainless steel and bottle
Residual natural sugar: Approximately 120 g/l
Alcohol: Approximately 14%

Colour: Intense red ruby with violet shades
Bouquet: Intense and extremely complex flavours of red fruit jam, dried prune, dried apricot, raisins and candied peach
Taste: From medium sweet to sweet, strong bodied tasty and armonic. Bright acidity and great softness, very persistent
Serving temperature: 12-14°C
Pairing: Meditation wine, perfect pairing with dark chocolate, fruit tart,
cakes with cacao or soft fruits. Delicious with blue cheeses
