Bouquet: Complex, Intense and fine, aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, peach and apricot
Taste: Dry an fresh, with good acidity and with flavours of flowers, yellow and tropical fruits. Tasty and persistent.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairing: Tasty seafood and oysters, shrimps prawns and shellfishes Good match also with white and delicate meats
